We really enjoyed spending family time at this beautiful property for the Thanksgiving long weekend. It was a perfect place for all of us (17 people) to relax, play games and laugh a lot. We had everything we needed and more!!

My family and I had the most amazing wedding weekend at Whitestone Lakehouse! It was the perfect venue for my intimate cottage wedding. Everything was even more beautiful than I could have imagined. The fall leaves were at its peak and the view was just surreal from their great living room! The cottage was so luxurious, yet it still had a nice rustic cozy feel to it. Pictures on the website do not do this place justice! We spent a lot of time by the water and the short hike was worth it. We definitely made use of their hot tub, fire pit and sauna. It was spacious and there was plenty of room for everyone! Kim and Mark were the most amazing hosts I’ve ever interacted with. They were so helpful and responsive throughout the entire stay and throughout the entire year as I was planning my wedding. They even left a bottle of champagne for us upon our arrival. My families have never been to a cottage, and they were in awe this entire weekend. We will definitely be back in the near future! Our only complaint was the stay was not long enough!

Grandma, Grandpa, Uncles, Aunts, Cousins & Friends. Beautiful and Comfortable. I can't wait until next summer!

“Incredible view”
We have small children (18months & 4) and we did not want the waterfront right up by the house. This place was perfect for us because the water is just a trail walk away...and lets face it you cannot beat the view.

We rented this cottage and a boat for 1 week in 2015. I can honestly say we had a great time at Whitestone. The kitchen is perfect and the table sat all of us (15 people). We had many great dinners and late night conversations around the fire.

When I go away I like to go somewhere that offers a true outdoor experience. I really appreciated the fact that we had no neighbours next door. The lake is big and has low traffic - great fishing right off of the dock.
